Platform Use
This app is a platform for students and teachers to connect, schedule, pay for, attend, and review online lessons. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and only for legitimate educational purposes. You must provide accurate account information and must not misuse bookings, messaging, notifications, ratings, or other platform features.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings depend on teacher availability, lesson type, and platform rules at the time of booking. Trial lessons and regular lessons may follow different booking, cancellation, and restoration logic. A booking is not guaranteed until the app records it successfully. Availability, reminders, and status updates shown in the app are part of the service workflow and should be reviewed by the user before relying on them.
Tokens, Payments, and Refunds
The app uses an internal token balance to record lesson payments, refunds, and teacher earnings inside the platform. Token balances, transaction history, and lesson costs are controlled by the app records. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the platform operator, tokens are not bank deposits, are not redeemable for cash by students, and may only be used within the service. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation rules, lesson type, payment status, and whether the teacher or student initiated the change.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Students may generally cancel or reschedule eligible lessons up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to the lesson status and available replacement slots. Inside the 2-hour window, refunds, trial restoration, or rescheduling may be restricted or unavailable. If a teacher cancels, the app may restore a trial, refund tokens, reopen the slot, or otherwise update the booking according to the current lesson rules.
Communication and Conduct
Students and teachers must communicate respectfully and must not use the app to harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, exchange unlawful content, manipulate ratings, scrape data, or attempt fraud. We may restrict, suspend, hide, or remove content, bookings, notifications, or accounts that appear to violate these rules or create safety, legal, or operational risk.
Lessons, Meetings, and Availability
Teachers are responsible for keeping their profile, rates, and availability reasonably accurate. Students are responsible for arriving on time, reviewing lesson details before payment, and joining meetings through the app workflow when available. Online lessons may depend on third-party infrastructure and internet quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted audio, video, or connection quality for any specific lesson.
Updates and Liability
We may update the app, its features, internal token logic, booking rules, and legal documents from time to time. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the platform is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every educational purpose. Users remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, and lesson arrangements made through the service.
